Front Office Executive

Qualification - Any Bachelor’s Degree

Area of Expertise - • Answering incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate person in the office or voice mail. • Facilitate the efficient flow of mail through the office. Picks up, opens, sorts and stamps and distributes incoming mail and interoffice mails. • Greeting people (clients, subcontractors/suppliers) as they come into the office. • Maintain company correspondence and accounting files. • Sending and receiving faxes (maintain receive log for the same). • Assist Accounting and Insurance with matching Dray of receipts to invoices. • Maintain Office Supplies. • Perform additional assignments as per supervisor’s direction.

Estimation Engineer- Electrical

Qualification - Bachelors in Engineering- Electrical/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Area of Expertise - • Preparation of Quantity take-offs, Rate analysis, Pricing and Budgets for the new projects and variations. • Control of Material requests from the sites, Offers from Material suppliers and subcontractors against Budgets. • Estimating the Monthly Expected Invoice and Monthly Expected Purchases for the entire duration of each project and submitting to the Finance and Purchase departments in consultation with the higher heads. • Estimation of completed works in each projects and preparation of expense sheets. • Liaising with the Finance department to take financial approvals for the new projects/jobs and close the Profit & Loss accounts.

Assistant Manager – Sales and Marketing ( Arabic Speaking )

Qualification - Any Bachelor’s Degree

Area of Expertise - Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives and Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. • Seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. • Use your BD skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and Present our company to potential clients • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails and Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans and develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines and Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction and Build long-term trusting relationships with clients • Report to the Business Development Manager on sales results • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and arrange business meetings with prospective clients • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support • Develop entry-level BD executives into valuable salespeople. • Should have extensive Sales Knowledge in a construction/ Infrastructure orgainssation. • Minimum 6 years of relevent experience
