Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall financial management, accounting operations, and reporting functions of the organization in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across all business units and projects
- Review and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure accuracy and timely reporting to management
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and liquidity planning to support business operations
- Supervise project accounting, cost control, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis
- Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT regulations, and statutory reporting requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits, tax audits, and financial compliance reviews
- Develop and implement internal financial controls, policies, and governance frameworks
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions, investments, and risk management
- Lead finance team performance, development, and operational efficiency improvements
- Ensure ERP system integrity, financial data accuracy, and process automation improvements
- Support management in strategic planning, pricing decisions, and commercial evaluations
Basic Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce
- Professional qualification (CA / CPA / ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 12-15 years’ experience in finance and accounting, including leadership roles
- Minimum 5+ years UAE/GCC experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE Tax laws, and financial governance systems
- Proven experience in construction / contracting industry preferred
