Estimation Engineer – Civil Infrastructure (4–8 Years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates for civil and infrastructure works (roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage)
• Perform quantity take-offs (QTO) from IFC and tender drawings
• Prepare BOQs and cost breakdowns
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for scope and risk analysis
• Prepare rate analysis for key civil activities
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Support tender pricing, cost optimization, and value engineering
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams
