Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for LV/MV power distribution projects in compliance with EPC and utility standards
- Review electrical drawings, SLDs, specifications, and tender documents to fully define project scope and requirements
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs (QTO) for cables, transformers, switchgear, panels, and associated electrical works
- Develop structured BOQs and comprehensive cost breakdowns aligned with client tender formats
- Prepare rate analysis for installation works including cable laying, termination, testing, and commissioning activities
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for technical compliance and commercial competitiveness
- Identify scope gaps, design inconsistencies, and technical risks during tender review stage
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure accurate and executable cost inputs
- Ensure compliance with UAE utility authority standards (DEWA / ADDC / SEWA or equivalent)
- Support tender submissions, clarifications, negotiations, and bid optimization activities to secure project awards
Basic Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 4-8 years’ experience in power distribution estimation
- UAE / GCC experience preferred
