Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including RFQs, quotation evaluation, negotiations, PO issuance, delivery, and closure
- Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for civil materials, equipment, and subcontracted works
- Conduct supplier assessments and performance reviews to ensure quality, compliance, and project requirements are met
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve cost optimization and best value
- Review technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and material submittals for procurement accuracy
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, site, and logistics teams to define material requirements and ensure timely delivery as per project schedules
- Procure materials for infrastructure projects including drainage, sewerage, water pipelines, utilities, concrete products, and fittings
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities to support procurement decisions
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and contracts within ERP systems
- Track procurement KPIs including cost savings, supplier performance, lead times, and efficiency metrics
